Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma in Agribusiness, Agriculture, Rural Development, or a related field with a minimum of (3) years relevant experience.
- Possession of a Bachelor's Degree in Agribusiness, Agriculture, Rural Development, or a related field will be a strong advantage.
- Proven experience working with farmer groups or youth agripreneurs.
- Demonstrated ability to manage field activities, collect data, and produce quality reports.
Core Competencies
- Strong coordination and project management skills.
- Excellent facilitation, training, and community mobilisation abilities.
- Good analytical, reporting, and computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint; digital data tools a plus).
- Ability to work independently, travel frequently, and engage constructively with diverse stakeholders.
- Possession of a valid motorbike licence is a must
