Safeguarding & Compliance.

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma in Agribusiness, Agriculture, Rural Development, or a related field with a minimum of (3) years relevant experience.
Possession of a Bachelor's Degree in Agribusiness, Agriculture, Rural Development, or a related field will be a strong advantage.
Proven experience working with farmer groups or youth agripreneurs.
Demonstrated ability to manage field activities, collect data, and produce quality reports.

Core Competencies

Strong coordination and project management skills.
Excellent facilitation, training, and community mobilisation abilities.
Good analytical, reporting, and computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint; digital data tools a plus).
Ability to work independently, travel frequently, and engage constructively with diverse stakeholders.
Possession of a valid motorbike licence is a must
