Job Description 

We are looking for a mature and grounded Receptionist to join our team at Africa House Boutique Hotel. As the first point of contact for guests, you’ll provide exceptional service, handle reservations and ensure seamless check-in and check-out experiences


Requirements:

  • Age: 25 – 35 years
  • Hospitality qualifications (diploma or certificate from a recognized Institution)
  • Experience in hospitality of not less than 2 years, preferably in a boutique hotel setting
  • Provide three traceable referees
  • To be available immediately

Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations
  • Handle reservations and guest services
  • Provide excellent customer care service
  • Collaborate with other departments
  • Flexible and willing to work long hours, weekends and on public holidays
  • Any other duties assigned from time to time.
