Position: Christian Outreach Program Coordinator

Location: Khwawa, Karonga District

Employment type: 1 year contract

Background

We are seeking a committed, spiritually grounded, and passionate individual to coordinate our Christian Outreach Program based in Khwawa, Karonga. The program focuses mainly on youth ministry and community outreach in a remote rural setting.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee all Christian outreach activities in Khwawa
Lead and support children, youth and family focused programs
Work closely with church leaders, children, youth groups, family and the local community
Provide spiritual guidance, mentorship, and discipleship
Planning and budgeting
Prepare basic activity reports and updates.

Minimum Requirements

Interested candidates must meet all the following requirements:

Good at preaching and teaching
Must be married
Must have experience working with youth or demonstrate a strong passion for children, youth and family ministry
Must be willing to relocate and live in a remote area with family(Khwawa, Karonga)
Must have strong Christian values and conduct
Must possess a minimum of a Diploma in Theology or a related field
