Position: Consumer Sales Executive

CONSUMER SALES EXECUTIVE (COUNTRY WIDE, INDICATE PREFERRED DISTRICT)

Reporting to the Senior Manager Commercial Sales, the Consumer Sales Executive shall be responsible for

driving subscriber connections, recruiting and managing Mpamba agents, customers and ensuring 100%

product availability.

Major Tasks and Responsibilities

1. Drive gross adds, recruit and manage Mpamba agents, retailers and SIM Registration agents and ensure 100% availability of TNM products in the territory
2. Monitor and coordinate on Dealer Stocks, monitor Dealer capacity as compared to market demand
3. Ensure Dealers adhere to the standard operating processes and guidelines laid down by TNM and protect TNM’s interests.
4. Assist in dealer business development and guide the Dealer on how to become more profitable
5. Conduct Dealer and DSRs weekly performance review meetings
6. Ensure excellent retail branding and visibility in the territory
7. Analyze the sales by channel and outlet in the routes and implement initiatives for more sales in key channels
8. Conduct market research and surveys
9. Ensure that all network related challenges in the territory are resolved on time
10. Prepare and submit sales, market share and market visits reports

Educational and Professional Requirements

1. Minimum of a Diploma in Business Administration, Business Studies or any related field.
2. Proven work experience in sales and marketing especially in FMCG and services
3. Valid driving licence and proficiency in driving motorcycles or manual vehicles.
4. High drive for results and ability to work under pressure.
5. Good communication skills both oral and written.
